Is this a new program, or an upgrade of the existing CEO Financial Intelligence Program?
CEO Academy BUILD is the evolved version of the CEO Financial Intelligence Program — now structured as an annual Academy with three tiers. The curriculum is the same proven foundation, now delivered live with the addition of the CEO Financial Intelligence Dashboard (customized to your company), a global community, and a structured annual membership path. Existing members have an upgrade path available.
When can I join? Do I have to wait for a cohort?
You can join BUILD anytime. Your CEO Financial Intelligence Dashboard setup begins immediately upon enrollment. You access the community and framework library right away. You join the next scheduled live cohort — all sessions are recorded so you never miss anything.
How much time does this require?
Most members spend 2–4 hours per week during the live cohort (two 90-minute sessions). Monthly masterclasses are 60 minutes. The community is async — you engage when you have time. The biggest time investment is the initial dashboard setup, which we will customize for you shortly upon enrollment.
Can I bring my CFO or team members?
BUILD includes 1 seat. Additional seats for your CFO, COO, or VP Finance are available at a discounted rate. Having your team in the program dramatically accelerates implementation — you build a shared financial language inside your company.
What if I want to upgrade to LEAD or COMMAND later?

How long is the BUILD program?
