Are seats really limited?
Yes. The quality of the monthly dashboard updates and the group review clinic requires that LEAD cohorts remain small. Each cohort has a maximum number of LEAD seats. Once they're filled, the next available entry point is the following cohort launch — 4 times per year. We recommend applying early.
Can I upgrade from BUILD to LEAD?
Yes. If you're currently in BUILD and want to add the live implementation layer, you can apply to upgrade at any cohort cycle. Your BUILD investment is credited toward LEAD, and you begin receiving monthly updates and analysis in your next billing cycle.
