Financiario LLC is a California limited liability company operating financiario.com, oanalabes.com, and courses.oanalabes.com (collectively, the "Platforms"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information from visitors, users, customers, and subscribers across all platforms.

8.1 Email Communications
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email or contacting us at support@financiario.com. Transactional and account-related communications are not subject to opt-out.
8.2 California Residents — CCPA Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know: Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, our business purpose for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it;
- Delete: Request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;

- Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

8.3 Virginia Residents
Virginia residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, and may opt out of targeted advertising, under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act. To exercise these rights or appeal a denial, contact support@financiario.com.
8.4 GDPR — EU / EEA Data Subjects
If you are located in the European Economic Area or a country with an adequacy decision from the European Commission, you have rights under the GDPR including: transparency, access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection. To exercise these rights, contact support@financiario.com. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Children's Privacy
Our platforms are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at support@financiario.com and we will promptly delete it.
10. Third-Party Websites & Social Media
Our platforms may contain links to third-party websites and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
We maintain a presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms. Information you provide through those platforms is governed by the respective platform's privacy policy.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit privacy rights requests on your behalf. Authorized agents must provide written authorization or power of attorney. We reserve the right to verify the agent's authority and your identity before processing any request.
